The Women’s Business Center at JEDI was designated in 2014 and increases the vitality of people and communities through spirited and skillful business development, equitable capital access, and local wealth creation opportunities. We offer training, mentorship, expert guidance, access to resources, and community-building to the underserved small business owners of far Northern California with an intent to connect people, community, and opportunities to support the growth of thriving businesses and a resilient local economy.
The WBC maintains two offices serving the North state in Mount Shasta and second office in Redding, CA. WBC at JEDI Purpose: The purpose of this program is to provide resources and tools to ensure women entrepreneurs are on the right track for economic stability through small business ownership. We deliver critical business training and support services to assist socially and economically diverse women and men starting and expanding small and micro businesses in the far northern mostly rural region of CA. Established in 2014, the WBC at JEDI was awarded the United Way Equity Award for our WBC efforts in the CA North state this year.

The WBC at JEDI is seeking a qualified individual to fill our Full Time Program Director leadership position managing programs under the WBC.
$65,000 to $75,000 based on experience
